Return and Refund Policy 

At NFL Fan Spot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or replacement.

1. 30-Day Guarantee for Our Errors

We provide a free replacement or a full refund if the issue is caused by our error. This includes:

• Incorrect Size: The size received does not match your order.
• Wrong Design or Print: The design differs significantly from what is shown on our website.
• Damaged Goods: The product arrives torn, peeling, or broken.

2. The Resolution Process

If you encounter any of the issues mentioned above, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via email at support@nflfanspot.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Provide details: Include your Order Number and attach clear photos showing the issue or the damage.
3. Review: Once our team verifies the error, we will process your refund or ship a replacement within 3–5 business days. You do not need to place a new order; we will handle everything at no extra cost to you.

3. Return Shipping Notice

• Manufacturer Error: You do not need to ship the item back. We will send a replacement or refund immediately after verification.
• Voluntary Returns: Since our products are custom-printed for you, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. If a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Important: Please do not send returns to our administrative address in Arizona (412 Bury Ct, Rio Rico, AZ 85648) without prior authorization. This office is for corporate correspondence only and cannot process physical returns.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Items reported after 30 days of delivery.
• Errors made by the customer (wrong size selected, wrong address provided).
• Items marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier but reported missing.

5. Cancellations

You may request a cancellation of your order within 12 hours of completing your purchase. Please email support@nflfanspot.com to request a cancellation. After 12 hours, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled.

6. Refunds

• Method: Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
• Timeline: We process refunds within 1–5 business days. Please allow your bank or payment provider an additional 3–7 business days to post the funds to your account.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will handle it via the Resolution Process outlined in Section 2 above to provide you with a replacement.
