1. Production Time

• Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday).
• All orders are printed and inspected for quality before shipment.

2. Shipping Times (Estimates)

Once your order is ready, the estimated transit times are:

• United States: 2 – 5 business days
• United Kingdom: 2 – 3 business days
• Australia: 3 – 6 business days
• Canada & Europe: 5 – 15 business days
• Rest of the World: 10 – 30 business days

*Note: Total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

3. Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: $5.99 for all orders worldwide.
• Free Shipping: All orders $100.00 and over qualify for free shipping.

4. Order Tracking

• After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• You can track your package on our Track Order page.

5. Important Notes

• Address Accuracy: Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
• Customs & Taxes: For international orders, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
